Below is an example of one of the tests we use called Heart Rate Variability or HRV. We use HRV to determine how adaptable your body is.
You can see in the examples, looking at the white box (your score).
The person on the left with moderate levels of dysfunction would be a score we’d expect from the history we described above.
The score on the right is someone with a much higher level of function and overall health.
