Hi I’m Cat,

I have always been a ‘helper’ in every job and every role of my life, and I look forward to helping everyone here Be Extraordinary.

I have been a practice member here at The Powerhouse for a couple of years and have seen the difference
the care is making to my body, I am noticing the connections more now too!

I moved to Canada from the UK 17 years ago after visiting yearly to see family for the previous
8 years, Vancouver is such a diverse city, with culture and foods and the mountains and lakes
to explore, there is always some thing new to find here.

When I’m not helping practice members in the office I can be found making custom cakes,
planning bridal showers and weddings, and catering events all over the city.

1) I am obsessed with dogs and have a rescue pup from Taiwan called Henry Higgins
2) I applied for the Great Canadian Baking show
3) I had to learn Welsh in school, its very difficult!
4) I have 4 godchildren, 3 blood nephews and a niece and multiple friends kids who call me
auntie.
5) I would love to live on a Greek island one day
