Mobility is a key requirement for a healthy life… pregnancy is no different. Increasing prenatal mobility will help:
- Strengthen your pelvic floor
- Reduce areas of pain, and
- Help better align your spine and pelvis for birth
These dynamic movements are specific prenatal modifications. Perform these daily movements with the other Move By Design Mobility exercises.
Use these movements throughout labour. They can help increase comfort and to give baby the opportunity to move and engage further for delivery.
